Should You Vacuum Before Carpet Cleaning?
It helps, but it's not required. A quick vacuum picks up loose dirt so we can focus on the ground-in stuff. Clearing small things off the floor helps even more.

Before we arrive
- Pick up toys, shoes and small things from the floor
- Put away anything fragile
- Vacuum if you have time
- Point out spots and pet areas when we get there
After we leave
Vacuum again once the carpet is dry. That's when our cleaner vacuums right up, along with the dirt it trapped.
