How to Get Ready for Carpet Cleaning
Clear the floor, move the small furniture you can, vacuum, and point out problem spots. It usually takes less time than you think.

The checklist
- Clear the floor: toys, shoes, plants, cords and anything fragile
- Move chairs, side tables and other small pieces you can lift
- Vacuum, so we can go straight to the ground-in dirt
- Point out spots, pet areas and traffic lanes you care about most
- Tell us about pets, allergies and anyone sensitive to scents
- Leave a parking spot near the door and a clear path in
Big furniture
Tell us about beds, couches, dressers and electronics when you book, and we'll plan around them.
After we leave
Most carpets are dry in an hour or two, depending on the carpet and the weather. Keep foot traffic light until it's dry, then vacuum well.
