Carpet Cleaning for Listings and Closings
Book after repairs and painting, and before listing photos or the final walkthrough. Tell us who can let us in and who approves the work, and we'll plan around your dates.
Live in Blaine or the north metro? Call or text OxyMagic Twin Cities at 763-213-6217. We pick up 8AM to 8PM every day, and you can text anytime.
$129 for two carpeted rooms That's the starting price. More rooms or extras? You'll get the price in writing before we start.
Who does what
Tell us who approves the work, how we get in, where to park and who gets the receipt. If the home is occupied, let us know about pets and furniture.
Timing
Clean after other trades finish, since painters and movers bring dirt. Most carpets are dry in an hour or two, depending on the carpet and the weather, so leave that much time before a showing or walkthrough.

Questions
Can the agent book and approve the work?
Yes, if the owner has given them that authority. Just tell us who signs off.
Can you certify there's no damage or odor under the carpet?
No. We can show you what we cleaned, but a carpet cleaning can't tell you what's under the carpet.
