The system requires NO SANDING. Our process starts with deep cleaning and prepping the floor, extracting dirt and contaminates. Then we apply our water based sealant to the floor. Our sealant has a low level VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) which is semi odorless. Each coat dries in about 10 minutes. Each floor will receive at least 6 coats of finish to bring back the original beauty and shine of your floors! Once the floor is dry you may begin to use the space. For best curing results, we recommend that you wait 24 hours to move furniture back onto the floor. NO DUST NO FUMES!
